PAY MY BILL

1. Under the Patient Information section: 

• Enter the patient's First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
• Under the Healthcare Facility Location tab select the city.
• Under the Healthcare Facility tab select the facility.

2. Under the Billing Information section:

• Enter the credit card holders full name.
• Address fields are OPTIONAL​.

3. Click Proceed to Payment.

4. Enter your credit card information and click Proceed for a payment receipt.
